Each week you will have the opportunity to attend a 30 minute zoom class where you learn additional tools to help your be successful at implementing the 5 simple steps to reclaim your energy. You will also receive coaching on how to overcome any barriers that stand in the way of your results.

This is a supported challenge as you will be checking in every week with a wellness coach. Your coach will support you doing the challenge and help you trouble shoot any challenges you are having. There is also the option to gain extra support through the private Boost Your Energy Facebook group.
Throughout the challenge you will be encouraged to attend a weekly coaching call where you will be learning and practicing additional tools to help you be successufl in the challenge.
